What’s included in the $1,500 flat-rate fee?The $1,500 flat fee includes your virtual consultation, the surgical procedure (either wisdom tooth removal or dental implant placement), local anesthesia, high-quality materials, post-operative care, and follow-up instructions. If IV sedation is requested, it is available for an additional $199 to help you sleep comfortably through the procedure. If implant placement cannot be completed on the same day due to low bone quality or the need for bone grafting, your case may be completed in stages. In that case, if you choose IV sedation again at the follow-up appointment, the $199 sedation fee will apply to that visit as well.

Is a CT scan included in the price?A 3D CT scan is not included in the $1,500 fee but is available if needed for surgical planning for $350. If you already have a CT scan, you’re welcome to send it to us. We can use it for treatment planning as long as it is in a standard digital format and less than two years old.

What if I need more than one implant or have multiple wisdom teeth removed?For wisdom teeth, the $1,500 fee covers the removal of up to four third molars in one visit. For dental implants, the $1,500 fee applies per implant site. If multiple implants are needed, each site will be billed at $1,500. This keeps pricing predictable and transparent.

Can other family members be treated under the same billing structure?Yes. Each patient will have their own consultation, treatment plan, and flat-fee quote—but the same simple pricing applies. This is especially helpful for families looking to manage care and costs without confusion or surprise charges.

Do I have to pay everything up front?Payment is typically due before the procedure. However, we offer flexible payment options and third-party financing solutions. We’ll walk you through those during your virtual consultation.

Can I use my dental insurance?Yes. If you have a PPO dental insurance plan, we will submit the claim on your behalf as an out-of-network provider. Regardless of what your insurance pays, your total out-of-pocket will never exceed $1,500 (or $1,699 with IV sedation). If your insurance reimburses less than expected, we’ll cover the difference. You will not be balance billed under any circumstances.

Will insurance payments go to me or to your office?In most cases, insurance payments will go directly to our office. Either way, you will not owe more than the flat rate quoted—we handle the paperwork and any difference internally.

How do I know if I really need this surgery?We begin with a virtual consultation. You’ll upload your existing X-ray and treatment plan, and we’ll walk through your case with you. Our goal is to give you a clear explanation of what’s needed and why—so you can move forward with confidence.

Dr. Williams operates a concierge surgical practice focused on just three procedures: wisdom teeth, dental implants, and IV sedation. This focused approach allows us to keep overhead low, eliminate unnecessary fees, and use high-quality materials (like Nobel Biocare implants) while still offering a flat, affordable price. You get the same expertise—without the markup.
